Our services include, but are not limited to: customized meal plans, grocery shopping guidance, nutrition education classes and webinars, cooking demonstrations, and one-on-one video consultations with licensed dietitians. Our services are intended to supplement medical treatment plans; we do not provide medical diagnosis or prescriptions.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Pom Health to harass or threaten others, collect sensitive personal data, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in any illegal conduct. Violators may face civil or criminal penalties. We reserve the right to terminate any user account for prohibited conduct.

We may modify these Terms from time to time and will post updated versions online. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Modifications will not apply retroactively.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Pom Health will be resolved in the courts located in New York.
